In October, it's time for ‘Anif eats game’ again. Our head chef Laura Pichler serves fine game dishes made mainly from produce sourced from our own Gassner hunt.

    This dish is a modern take on the classic tomato and mozzarella salad. An artful arrangement of colorful tomatoes—including cherry and green zebra varieties—sits atop a smooth avocado cream. At the center lies a delicate portion of buffalo mozzarella, lightly sprinkled with freshly ground pepper or spices. Frisée lettuce adds freshness and texture, while a flavorful dressing ties all the elements together. Presented on a simple white plate, the vibrant colors and careful composition make this a refined, elegant starter or a light and sophisticated main course.
