At Schlosswirt Anif you can enjoy traditional cuisine in our dreamy garden or in the cosy dining room.
Laura Pichler and her team use a great deal of finesse and first-class products to create classic inn meals, which you might also be familiar with from Grandma's kitchen.
It is important for us to offer regional ingredients and seasonal specialities - our game dishes are mostly from our own hunt in Lungau. We buy fruit, vegetables and eggs from farmers in the immediate vicinity.

Our garden terrace is one of the most beautiful in Salzburg and has been honoured several times by Falstaff as one of the country's finest outdoor dining venues. Surrounded by majestic chestnut trees and lush greenery, it offers a peaceful and elegant setting just a few minutes from the heart of Salzburg.
Throughout the summer, we delight our guests with regional specialities, creative seasonal cuisine and warm Austrian hospitality in the open air. Whether you join us for a relaxed lunch, a memorable dinner or a glass of fine wine, our garden terrace is truly an oasis of culinary delight – a place where exceptional cuisine and nature come together in perfect harmony.
Laura is the creative soul in the Schlosswirt kitchen. She discovered her passion for cooking during her training at the Fischerwirt. Since the beginning of 2025, she has been running our kitchen with passion, calm and dedication. Together with restaurant manager Sebastian, she enjoys experimenting and is constantly creating new, unusual dishes - always with the focus on Austrian cuisine.
